This Privacy Policy describes how Trans Alliance OOO ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you ("you", "user") use the mobile game With Spirit (the "Game"), distributed through the Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game is designed to be played offline and is intentionally minimal in the data it processes.
1.1 Information You Provide
We do not ask you to register, create an account, or enter any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or payment details) to play the Game.
1.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The Game saves the following data only on your device (using Unity PlayerPrefs / local storage), and does not transmit it to us:
- Your high score and personal records
- In-game balance (virtual coins)
- Purchased in-game items, skins, and upgrades
- Audio (music/SFX) and other user preferences
- Tutorial completion status
This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
The Game itself does not actively collect device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
The underlying Unity engine and the Google Play platform may collect limited technical information for crash reporting, performance, and store-distribution purposes (e.g., device model, operating system version, language, country,
anonymized identifiers, crash logs). This data is processed by Unity Technologies and Google in accordance with their own privacy policies (see Section 4).
1.4 No Sensitive Data
We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal data (race, religion, health, biometric data, financial information, precise location, etc.).

Limited technical data collected by Unity / Google is used by those providers to:
- Maintain stability and performance of the Game
- Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs

The current version of the Game:
- Does not contain in-app purchases (IAP).
