WINTER PARK JUNIOR SKI PATROL
Ski Test!!
The Winter Park Jr Ski Patrol will be holding their Ski Assessment Tests on Saturday March 9th and Sunday March 24rd. You only have to attend one day. However, you may test the second day as well if you do not pass the first time.
Ski Test Info
Registration will be held from 8a to 8:30a above Moffat Market(in West Portal Building)
Please bring a parent to fill out liability forms
It costs $20 to take the ski test. You must pay this each time you take the test.
Ski Test will start at 9- We will meet outside at Red Chair Plaza
You will be tested on advanced runs throughout Winter Park & Mary Jane
Scores will be posted on our instagram as well as on the patrol room door
To pass you must receive a 70 on the test
Interviews will be held directly after for people passed the ski test.
ABOUT US
Winter Park Junior Ski Patrol is a part of the greater Winter Park Ski Patrol. We are a group of high schoolers volunteering alongside other patrollers. We are based out of Winter Park, CO located just over an hour west of Denver.
On the mountain, we perform the same tasks as other patrollers such as adjusting closures, monitoring trail conditions, educating the public, and administering care to injured guests. We are members of National Ski Patrol (NSP) and are also certified Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) technicians. Sound like fun?
