2. Assemble a team to help you to clean the area and to keep it clean.
· Write down your team members’ names and decide on a project name.
· Organise the clean-up project by means of a plan which, for example, includes a weekly photo to show the progress and sustainability of the clean-up. These photos do not have to be sent in, but may be requested if your clean-up project stands a chance to be the prizewinner.
· The removal of the waste must be outlined clearly and be illustrated with the photos, e.g. with gloves, bags and final dumping ground (to which the waste is taken and how the waste is removed).
· The sorting of the waste and the involvement of partnerships with waste removal institutions such as the municipality and/or private institutions must also be outlined.
3. Completed project
· After at least two months, a photo of the area must be taken and a date (day/month/year) added to it. This photo and the first photo must be sent in with the story of the clean-up.
· The story entails the identification of the area, a photo and a location pin that can serve as proof, the team, the project name, any challenges during the implementation of the plan and the conclusion of the project with a photo serving as proof of the success.
