Instructions to Participants :
(i) All participants must follow the code of conduct at all times.
(ii) Zoom name should be the same as your registered name.
(Participants with anonymous and unidentified names will be removed from the conference).
(iii) Do not share the Zoom link with others. The conference is Only for registered participants.
(iv) Questions will be taken only at the end of each talk (5min) via Zoom chat only.
(Session chair will read your questions)
(v) Questions will be taken in an order as they are received for 5-min only. You can type questions at any time.
(vi) All questions must be send at "To Everyone in Meeting" (in zoom chat)
(Do NOT sent questions directly to chair & speaker)
(vii) Participants are NOT allowed to reply and answer to any other participant's question.
(Only the Speaker will answer the questions).
(viii) Participants are allowed to ask their question ONLY.
(ix) Please use chat only for questions related to talk. Kindly avoid the unnecessary usage of chat.
(x) Slides / Presentations will not be available. Some slides may be available and it will upload on the website.
(xi) There will be No recording. We are Not allowed to record any talk, Participants are advised kindly not to do so.
Letter of Participation
Plain Letter of Participation (not on official letterhead and not a certificate) will be provided if the following criteria are met:
(i) Attendance on both days.
(ii) Minimum 3 hours per attendance.
(iii) Zoom name should be the same as your registered name.
If you meet all the above criteria, after December 9, please email to mmirza3@vols.utk.edu . The letter will be emailed.
Last date to request for Plain Letter : December 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM IST.
Request for Plain Letter after December 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM IST will not be considered.
