OK,, I saw that my winpcsign pro 2007 had an update.. and I so I will update.. I accidentally hit the wrong version.. there was a xp version and an xp/vista version.. I have vista.. i loaded the xp version first and it did not work... I went back and saw that was the xp/vista version ..loaded that and I now the program loads but an error comes up in box the error says www.signmax.us.. and when you click ok the program closes.. I have tried to get it fixed through signmax with absolutely no help.. he suggested i uninstall everything and load with original disk which I did and still does not work.. I contacted him again and now he says when he loads update it works with no other suggestions.. there must be something my computer is seeing from the first download and uninstall is not getting it.. I have uninstalled several times and used the clean register thing from winpc.. any suggestions?

Thank u for the reply. Its a different word.. I can see the piece that is not being cut in the outline or wireframe view. I've tried different value of knife offset and now it is not cutting any letter just some crazy diagonal lines and the weed cut. The speed is 400 mm/s and pressure is 210g. But i think i dont have problems with it because it cuts ok. I think i've messed up the settings of my winpcsign software. Do you think there is a way to reset to default all the settings? I've tried uninstalling and installing again but the settings remain.

Both speed and pressure sound high to me but every cutter is different. I don't think speed or pressure would contribute to the problem you are fighting. To fix your blade offset make a small square like a half inch and cut it several times while making adjustments to the blade offset. Most offsets are somewhere around 0.35mm. You might go to SignCut Pro and do the free trial. They have live tech support and can get you running. I tried out winpcsign years ago and was not that impressed.

Update the version of the software winpcsign? You can do that, if you want to spend the money for a new program, If the cutter is quite old, maybe it is just time to upgrade to a newer cutter. I do not know what else to tell you,, maybe someone else here can help you, I do not know if winpcsign has updates or not you will have to check their company, did you try uninstalling and reinstalling a new driver?

Well I got frustrated after not being able to cut anything for about 3 or 3 days and trying everything imaginable to the point of where I was ready to buy a new cutter so I figured I would install SB and give it a try. First thing I cut was close to perfect so I adjusted the offset once and now it works like a charm cut out quite a few stuff and haven't had to touch it with the exacto blade once. F* winpcsign SB from now on! 800a06b249
