Wingman AI provides artificial intelligence-powered conversation analysis, relationship insights, coaching suggestions, compatibility reports, and message recommendations.
The information provided by the App is intended for:
entertainment purposes
educational purposes
self-improvement purposes
Wingman AI does not provide:
professional psychological advice
therapy services
counseling services
legal advice
medical advice
Human relationships are complex, subjective, and influenced by many factors that AI cannot fully understand.
Accordingly:
We make no guarantees regarding dating success, relationship outcomes, or communication results.
Analysis scores and recommendations are estimates generated by artificial intelligence models.
Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, communications, and actions.
You are solely responsible for:
messages you send
actions you take
relationships you pursue
decisions made based on AI recommendations
You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
Wingman AI may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription management and cancellation can be completed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
Payments are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Wingman AI does not collect or store payment card information.
Refund requests are governed by the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store and must be requested through the respective platform.
You retain ownership of any screenshots, text, messages, profile images, or other content submitted to the App.
By submitting content to Wingman AI, you confirm that:
you have the legal right to use the content;
the content does not violate another person's privacy rights;
the content does not infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights.
You agree not to upload content that is:
illegal;
abusive;
defamatory;
threatening;
sexually exploitative;
discriminatory;
harmful to minors.
You agree not to use Wingman AI to:
harass or abuse others;
impersonate another individual;
generate harmful or misleading content;
violate laws or regulations;
infringe third-party rights;
attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service.
All application content, branding, logos, designs, source code, visual assets, and proprietary technology used in Wingman AI remain the exclusive property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
copy;
reproduce;
modify;
distribute;
reverse engineer;
resell
any portion of the App without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
use of the App;
inability to use the App;
reliance on AI-generated recommendations;
relationship outcomes or communication results.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Wingman AI at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access could harm the service or other users.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication within the App or on our website.
Continued use of Wingman AI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
