'Windows 2000 Resource Pack' has some unfixable or broken bug that can be kept or removed from past to feature updates
here the list -
1. the 'Buy Minecraft' bug :
[Status - Live (Not fixed), | 'ui.start_screen.json' | 'Start' | Beta 1.2.7 Custom Snapshot | June 2025]
this bug happends if you click the 'Start' button on modern Minecraft versions like 1.21 or higher and after click it opens up the 'Buy Minecraft' window with missing texture that cannot be found in Minecraft's assets folder. this bug is found by me using version Beta 1.2.7 Custom Snapshot on Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.21.60 on June 2026.
2. Shader code files won't run on modern Minecraft versions :Â
[Status : Removed | 'shaders. *' | 'ESBC Shader Pack' assets | Beta 1.2.5 TU2 | December 2024]
After few days published my new but tiny update of my pack on MCPEDL, i seeing that some peoples can't run shaders on Minecraft 1.21 so i tried and it was true. since i mostly debugging and testing my pack on Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.16.221, it's became a big problem since the Minecraft's assets file structure changed over the years and my pack's old file structure may be outdated and broken for future Minecraft versions because running this pack is recommended for legacy Minecraft versions. ESBC Shader Pack is a old shader for legacy Minecraft versions and i use their shader code files for adding shaders and copying the 'ui' folder for adding the 'Start' button. sadly i removed all the shader codes on version Beta 1.2.6 due to Minecraft's different shader managment system on recent Minecraft versions. and also adding a splash text 'NO Render Dragon shader' on the same update.
3. "Oops, Game crashed" :
[Status - Fixed | 'splashes.json' | Splash text | 0.0.8 | late August 2024]
"Finally i got worked with my first splash 'Bangladesh' coding this on simple text editor for my pack and it works on MCPE 0.16.2 . now let's add more splashes. boom let's load the game. WHAT, GAME CRASHED!! *sees how 'splashes.json' was written* FUCKING SHIT, I FORGOT TO ADD THE DAMN STUPID COMA (,)!!!"
make sure you add coma (,) after each splash text on your 'splashes.json' file :)
