I am creating a game, I want to display a short tutorial video to the player after they have registered. I am using a windows media player control. I don't know how to hide the video after it has finished playing ? I tried using the following:

Have you used many game mods before or just cc? A lot of 'plain' cc, doesn't need extracting as it's a package file to begin with. It sounds to me like you may have just 'clicked' to open or something like that, or your computer has 'chosen' the player to identify it since it's not something it's dealt with before.

The control points in Gupnp-tools are very basic, more a testing tool than a every day media player. Try rygel as a DLNA server and eezUPNP as a control point. There is also kinsky by Linn, but I wasn't able to get it to work, keeps crashing. Another alternative may be serviio, but I haven't tried that yet.

i'm using a windows vista ultimate laptop, and when i play any video's with windows media player, all videos play with a dark black/gray tint. the only thing i can think of that might has caused this was i installed Nero 9.

That didn't work either. Everything else on my monitor looks like it should. I've also forwarded this video file to another computer and ran it with windows media player and the color is there.
