• Color is gradually lost over the entire body, sometimes in a "noisy" spatter called Fleabitten, sometimes in dapples.

• Legs tend to keep color longer than the rest of the body.

• If Bloodmark is present, the marking may keep its color longer than the rest of the body, or may not fade at all.

• Skin is not affected. Eyes are not affected.

• In hooved creatures, mane and tail may keep their color longer than the rest of the body, but eventually also fade to white.
