Woodland Series

Woodland series genes all attach to the same area, creating a series. Creatures can only have two genes in a series at most. So they could, for example, be MkMk (or) BrBr (but not) MkMk/Br. They could also be nn for the series, and have no markings here.

Woodland Series genes are codominant, meaning having more than one different type will show the effects of both.
However, having duplicates, like two copies of Mk, will not create two different types of Monk

Sika | Sk

Small red spots, usually appearing white or pale cream, spread across the sides of the creature.
May create a darker red "saddle" type marking underneath the spotted region, from rich red to dark liver at various opacities.
Can also have a white "stripe" of closely mashed together spots underlining the belly and flank.
Can be very bright or quite faded.
Can affect all of both sides or only part (i.e just the shoulders)
Can have many clustered spots or only a few
Does not extend to face or legs.
Spotting on both sides of the creature may be the same or different, darker undershadow will be the same on both sides if present
Compare to: Sika deer, Fallow deer, most deer fawns
