Caterers often provide tables and chairs in their catering rental fees.  Many times these items are through third party vendors with the usual markup and services fees, and no guarantee of necessary delivery and pick up times to meet the venue’s contractual start and end time requirements. 

Historic Rosemont has partnered with Winchester Rentals who can meet the vision for most brides using their basic line of tables and chairs at very affordable prices. Benefits for using Winchester Rentals include: 

1.  Providing the following chairs and tables complimentary as part of the Rosemont venue fee.  A $1,500 value.

·      Up to 150 white ceremonial chairs

·      Up to 150 Chivarai reception chairs

·      Up to 15 5½ round banquet tables

2.  No delivery or pick up fees for tables and chairs.

3.  Tables and chairs will be in place no later than your contracted venue time commences (except by 9 am for all-day 16-hour barn venue agreements), giving you more time to decorate your venue, and removed at the end of your contracted venue time.  (Tables and chairs from other outside sources would need to be delivered, set up, and removed during the contracted venue time.)
