Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications, together with any related services, operated by WilwOkrk (collectively, the "Application"). WilwOkrk is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to operate primarily on your device. The Service Provider does not operate remote servers that receive gameplay data from the Application, and the Application does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
When you use the Application, certain information may be stored locally on your device to support core gameplay features. This may include, for example:
Game progress, unlock status, high scores, and related play statistics saved on your device
This information is stored using on-device storage mechanisms (such as local preferences). It is used only to provide and maintain Application functionality on your device (for example, remembering progress and scores).
The Application does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to submit personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or payment details) as a condition of use.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider will receive the information you choose to include in that message (such as your email address and message content) and will use it solely to respond to your inquiry and handle related support or privacy requests.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics pixels, or similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider (for example, information you sent by email). To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com.
Local gameplay data stored on your device can typically be removed by clearing the Application's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider does not transmit Application gameplay data to external analytics or advertising services.
The Service Provider may disclose information you provide by email, or other personal data it holds:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who process such information on the Service Provider's behalf (for example, email delivery infrastructure), who are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes, and who are expected to protect it appropriately.
International Data Transfers
If you contact the Service Provider by email, the information in that communication may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA), depending on where the Service Provider or its email providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, which may include:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
Third-party services
The Application does not currently utilize third-party data-collection SDKs (such as advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs) that receive user data from the Application.
Your device platform (for example, Google Play / Android) may process certain information under that platform's own terms and privacy policy when you download, update, or back up applications. That processing is governed by the platform provider, not by this privacy policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop local storage of new gameplay data by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings. Uninstalling or clearing data removes locally stored Application data from your device (subject to any device or platform backup copies you maintain).
To request deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider (such as information sent by email), to withdraw consent, or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
Local gameplay data is retained on your device until you clear the Application's data, uninstall the Application, or otherwise remove it using device controls.
Personal data you send to the Service Provider by email is retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and for any related legal, security, or record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
You may request deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider, subject to any legal obligation to retain it, by contacting lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information (for example, by email), the Service Provider will delete it from systems under the Service Provider's control. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of information it processes. The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited personal data it handles (primarily email correspondence). Local gameplay data remains on your device and is subject to your device security settings.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data held by the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-10
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent (for example, information you voluntarily send by email), you provide that consent by affirmatively taking the relevant action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at lucastaylorfac329@gmail.com.
