Welcome to Williston Day Camps! 

   R.E.C. Camp- Recreation Experiences for Children
    Is a wonderful twist on the traditional day camp.  Packed with recreation, sports, crafts, and much more, there is never a dull moment.  This child centered day camp is the perfect blend of Choice Activities, Pod Times, and Free Play. 

     Campers have the opportunity to make new friends, learn new things and have fun.  Each day campers participate in Choice Activities, Pod Times, and indoor and outdoor play.  After a morning on the go, there is lunch, a time to rejuvenate and be ready for an afternoon of fun activities.

     Campers get to choose their Choice Activities each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  Choice Activities come from the counselors that are hired each Summer.  There will be a variety of activities to choose from.

     There is one Field Trip and Beach/Pool day each session for the whole camp.  Thursday mornings are the field trip and Thursday afternoons are the Beach or Pool day.  Campers are out of camp from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00-4:00pm each Thursday.

     There are also two Pod Times during the day where campers play and interact with children of the same age group- Explorer Pod- entering Grades 1st/2nd, Voyager Pod- entering Grades 3rd/4th and Pioneer Pod- entering Grades 5th/6th.

   L.I.T. Camp- Leaders In Training
        Is a special opportunity for teens entering Grades 7th/8th to be leaders in R.E.C. Camp working in a Pod along side counselors.  A small number of teens can register each session for a special position in camp where they work in the Pods and learn about leadership.  This is great for those campers who love R.E.C. Camp and want to be part of it and give back by working with counselors to provide a special experience for the younger campers.

    O.U.R. Camps- Outdoor Ultimate Recreation Camps

      Are one week adventures for youth entering grades 6th-8th in the Fall.  O.U.R. Camps are for the teen who is looking to be active this summer.  There are 7 weeks of themed camps offered.  Each one will have a variety of trips to keep teens moving.  This camp is On-The-Go and for the teen who likes the outdoors.  Sign up your child for one week or more!.  Camps are offered from 8:30am-4:30pm.  Early and Late Options can be added to extend the camp day.
