The app allows you to create and store personal fitness information, including:

- workout templates, workout history, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, and related training data;

- body metrics such as weight, measurements, notes, and photos, if you choose to add them;

- app preferences, such as unit settings and similar configuration choices.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to provide the app’s features, including:

- creating and editing workout templates;

- logging and reviewing workout history;

- tracking body metrics and photos;

- displaying charts and progress over time;

- exporting your data in supported formats.

3. Data Storage

Your workout data, body metrics, notes, photos, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.

We do not operate a backend service for storing your personal fitness data, and we do not upload your workout logs, body metrics, notes, or photos to our own servers.

Please note that your device or operating system may include your app data in device backups, such as Apple backup services, depending on your personal device settings.

4. Photos, Camera, and Photo Library Access

If you choose to add photos, the app may request access to your camera or photo library. Any photos you add through the app are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

5. Crash Reporting

To improve app stability, the app may use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and diagnostic information when the app fails or encounters serious errors.

Crash reports may include technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, time of the crash, and diagnostic data that helps identify and fix bugs. Crash reports are used only for stability and reliability purposes, not for advertising or profiling you.

The app does not use third-party analytics for marketing or behavioral tracking.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

The app may offer subscriptions or paid features through Apple’s App Store. Purchases, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app may send local notifications on your device, for example for workout-related timers or reminders. These notifications are generated locally on your device and are not used to track you.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your workout data, body metrics, notes, or photos with third parties except as required to provide limited technical services described in this policy, such as crash reporting.

If you use export or sharing features, files are created locally and shared only when you choose to share them using your device’s system sharing tools.

9. Your Choices

You can control your information by:

- editing or deleting workouts and body metrics inside the app;

- choosing whether to add photos;

- choosing whether to enable notifications;

- choosing whether to export or share your data.

10. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a remote backend service.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
