The tile "road" going up the wall was continued in the mural.
This was a large scale mural project I did. The party rooms all had a space theme except for the largest party room. This room had a medieval theme and the outside looked like a small castle.
The steel doors were painted to look like faux wood. The company's name was faux etched into the stone arch above the doors and logo style faux pennants hung to either side of the door.
The throne part of the mural matched the blue chairs in size and color so you could push one of the chairs up to it and pretend you were sitting on the throne! Flanked by 2 life sized knights!
The shield crossed with 2 swords had the logo in it. The names and initials of the primary business owners and their parents were hidden in the details of the swords and the throne.
The smaller party rooms each had a faux portal style window that showed a space scene outside as if you were in a giant spaceship.
This is not the best picture. Some of these were taken when construction was not fully completed. The largest of the space-themed party rooms had a huge control panel built around 2 existing television sets. All of the smaller space-themed party rooms had sliding walls and the whole thing could be opened up to be one giant "ship"
The final and largest room had a faux panel built around 2 real televisions. A face time call with aliens, controls for the ship's control, navigation and weaponry were featured on the panel. There were also various control dials that referenced all of the attractions.
The owners had 2 flags they wanted to hang but were not allowed to hang from their high ropes course. I created this crow's nest mast mural as a place for them to attach their flags to the wall. The post and the ropes go all the way to the floor although they are mostly covered with arcade machines.
Party room exteriors. I even stenciled numbers on the doors.
