I'm a senior in the English major at the University of Maine, I am also concentrating in Technical and Professional Writing with a minor in Sustainable Agriculture. I'm passionate about writing and the environment, both of which I want to continue to explore after graduation. I have experience in technical and professional writing, grant writing, and writing in a STEM field. I have also attended the UMaine McGillicuddy Humanities Center workshop, "How Did You Think of That?": Turning Your Passion into a Humanities Project, as well as a 15 week intensive course on collaborative learning theory and practice.
I'm a Pennsylvania native, a transplant to Maine. I am invested in our land and the way that we use it. The farmland of PA is a big inspiration to me, as well as Maine's forests and rugged coasts. I like to explore the landscape, read, and cook.
