Ingredients
1 c butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1.5 cups chopped pecans, lightly toasted (6 mins)

Preheat oven to 350F
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in flour and salt. Add pecans. Scoop large teaspoons of dough onto parchment lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake 13-15 minutes total, turning trays half-way through
3-5 dozen, depending on size
