RAFFLE RULES

• Each ticket is $100 and a maximum of 400 raffle tickets will be sold.  The drawing will be scheduled after all tickets are sold, or on MAY 15th at 7:00pm.  Drawing will be broadcast via Facebook Live - https://fb.me/e/17QXPQdg2  

• Each ticket purchased will qualify as one entry into the raffle.

• Each ticket drawn will win one gun.

• Firearms will be awarded in the order as listed on the back of the ticket and website.

• Winners must accept the prize, as drawn.

• Images of the firearms on the website or promotional material may not be an exact representation of the item.

• Cash, personal checks are accepted for the sale of raffle tickets. Credit cards are accepted in person on a limited basis of availability. Raffle prizes will not be awarded until the check clears the bank. Dishonored Checks are subject to additional fee and disqualification from the raffle.

• A list of winners will be posted on the Wilco Shooting Sports Booster Club website.

• Winners will be notified by telephone and e-mail, given complete and legible information is printed on their ticket by the purchaser.  If response is not received within 10 days, Wilco Shooting Sports Booster Club reserves the right to consider the prize forfeited.

• By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess any gun(s) won, have intention of using the gun(s) only in a safe and legal manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of any gun(s) won. If a winner fails the federal background check, they will forfeit the firearm.  Any forfeited firearms will become the property of the Wilco Shooting Sports Booster Club.

• You must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to enter the drawing.

• All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.

• Winners must redeem their gun(s) at, V2 Firearms, LLC, located at 2540 Shell Road Unit #3, Georgetown, TX 78628.  Transfers will be made by appointment only.  V2 Firearms facility is not open to the general public.

• In the event winners need or wish to have the gun(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly between the winner and, V2 Firearms, LLC.

• Guns are not transferrable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the gun.

• All guns must be claimed, and transfer completed within 45 days of the drawing date. Any guns not claimed will become the property of the Wilco Shooting Sports Booster Club.

• Wilco Shooting Sports Booster Club and V2 Firearms, LLC makes no warranty of the firearms. Winners are to deal directly with the manufacturer in the event of issues with the firearm.

• The liability of the Wilco Shooting Sports Booster Club, and its members, is limited to the purchase price of the ticket obtained.

• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, those where the winner’s background check fails to pass, winner fails to respond, or winner fails to take possession within 45 days.
