* Step counts and goals
* Personal stats (age, weight, height) for BMI calculations
### 2.2. Automatically Collected Data
* **Step Count:** We use your device's built-in sensors (Activity Recognition on Android) to count your steps.
* **Location (Android only):** We may request `ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION` or `ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION` permissions strictly to enable precise step tracking services as required by the Android operating system. We do not track your physical location for mapping or marketing purposes.
## 3. How We Use Your Data
All data is used solely to provide the App's functionality:
* **Visualization:** To display charts, graphs, and history of your health metrics.
* **Reminders:** To send local notifications for medications and hydration.
* **Calculations:** To compute BMI, daily averages, and health category classifications.

To function correctly, the App may request the following permissions:

* **Camera & Storage:** To allow you to take and save photos of your medications.

## 5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
* **No Sharing:** We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties.
* **No Cloud Sync:** Since we do not have a backend server for user data, we cannot share your data even if we wanted to.
* **Local Backup:** If you use device-level backup services (like Google Drive Backup or iCloud Backup) for your entire phone, your App data may be included in those backups, subject to the privacy policies of Google or Apple.
## 6. Data Retention and Deletion
* **Retention:** Data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed.
* **Deletion:** You can delete specific records within the App at any time. To delete ALL data, you can use the "Delete My Data" option in the Settings menu or simply uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
