By downloading or using the Wi-Fi Radar: Speed Test app, these terms will automatically apply to you – please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Mobby LLC.
1. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime purchases.
Payments: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Mobby LLC does not have the ability to process refunds directly.
2. Advertising & Rewarded Content The app is supported by third-party advertisements. Certain features may have usage limits. To continue using these features after the free limit is reached, you may be required to view a rewarded video advertisement or purchase a premium subscription. Premium users will have all third-party advertisements removed from the application.
3. Usage Limits Mobby LLC reserves the right to implement and change usage limits on any feature of the app at any time. These limits are tracked locally or via anonymous identifiers to ensure the fair operation of the service.
4. Data & Privacy The Wi-Fi Radar: Speed Test app processes network scanning and magnetometer data locally on your device. We use third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics and Apphud) to monitor app performance and manage subscription access through anonymous data. 5. Security You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone may compromise security and cause the app to not work properly.
6. Connectivity Certain functions require an active Wi-Fi or cellular network connection. Mobby LLC is not responsible if the app does not function due to a lack of internet access. You are responsible for any mobile carrier charges.
7. Liability Mobby LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the app. Ping results and IP location data are for informational purposes only and depend on third-party network nodes.
8. Updates and Termination We may update or discontinue the app at any time. Upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes.
