DENISE M. HENRY

Mrs. Denise M. Henry, aka HealthyMomLife is a big city girl, who loves the comforts of southern living. She started her journey in health and wellness as a student at Iowa State University and more recently as a result of working through her own health issues.

Mrs. Henry has a passion for helping everyday women discover their potential as they navigate everyday life. She has the great opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom while pursuing her MOMprenuerial endeavors that will bring financial freedom to her family and community. Her hobbies include dancing, theater and whipping up family­ friendly yet healthful recipes. Mrs. Henry has been married to her husband, Krandon for 13 years and together they raise a 5- year-old son, Kaleb Jeremiah.
