This year, the WIC Mid-Winter Meeting features the theme of "Positioning and sensing".
Many services are only relevant in certain locations. Many applications need information on the position of devices to increase efficiency. Entirely new approaches to monitoring situations could be established by sensing. Positioning and sensing technologies are being developed and deployed to offer new possibilities to cyber-physical systems. What can we – and can we not (yet) expect from these technologies? Could IoT benefit from them? Will 6G bring an evolution or a revolution in this context?
The 2025 Mid-Winter Meeting of the WIC will host expert speakers providing technological updates, shining their light on the above questions, and opening the dialogue with the audience. You are most welcome to join!
If you are interested, please join us in Antwerp on January 30th, 2025!
