At Wibby ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application "Wibby" handles your information.

1. Summary: Privacy by Design

Wibby is built to help you make decisions quickly and playfully without compromising your privacy. 

• We do NOT require you to create an account or sign in.

• We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.

• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party data brokers.

• We do NOT track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. Information Handled by Wibby

a. Local Decision Data & Customizations

All your decision lists, custom options, wheel colors, dice rolls, coin results, and decision histories are stored locally on your device (using iOS secure local storage and App Group UserDefaults for Home Screen widgets). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.

b. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Wibby offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Wibby Premium). All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. 

• We never have access to your credit card or billing details.

• Apple provides anonymous transaction tokens to verify your subscription status.

• RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers solely to validate entitlement status and restore your purchases.

c. AI Decision Coach & Advice

When you interact with the AI Decision Coach in Wibby, your query is processed ephemerally to generate helpful suggestions and pros/cons. These conversations are not used to build personal advertising profiles or sold to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Wibby utilizes trusted Apple and industry-standard developer frameworks:

• Apple In-App Purchases / StoreKit (Payment processing and subscription lifecycle)

• RevenueCat (Anonymous subscription receipt validation)

4. Children’s Privacy

Wibby does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your decisions and preferences are saved locally on your device:

• You can reset or delete any option, custom wheel, or history item directly inside the app.

• Uninstalling the Wibby app completely removes all locally stored data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
