Hey guys have an account that payrange works fine when I reset it after servicing machibe get a few sales first day than it seems to go out of order flashing blue and pink. Have called customer service numerous times and only get to leave a messege. Is this a faulty unit or am I doing something wrong or in a mode I shouldn't be.
As soon as I open the machine to service it's already flashing those colors without a device connected. Seems to work for 24 hours than even on payrange dashboard under "health" it turns to pink which I assume is out of order. I just wish they would return my calls..

Hi Basic, Did you ever figure this out on your payrange? were the machines originally mdb compatible or did you convert them some how from micromech to mdb? I am having the same issue with a couple of AP7000 snack machines that I converted with the LU250 devices and I believe my problem is somehow related to the conversion. 006ab0faaa
