How do I know the right hacker to hire? 

A lot claim to be white hat hackers so they could be trusted easily but deep down they are not acting on white hat hacker  definition. do not hire a hacker based on the categories he claims to be, e.g. don't hire because he is a grey hat hacker or white hat hacker, use the below examination method to hire the best without ending up in regret.

Before hiring a hacker, how do I know he is capable of doing the job? 

Have you asked yourself those few questions, there are a lot of fake hacker's on the internet today, and only a deep understanding of what to look into before hiring a hacker will be able to guide us into the hands of the right one.

Not all hackers who said no to upfront fees are real; neither are all who do request upfront are fake. Some hackers do find a way to make sure at the end you pay money upfront unknowingly to you.

Avoid hackers that always rushed you to make payment and ignored you after making payment only to come back with an excuse.

Anyone who claims to do a job should know better about what he or she does. if they can't explain the basics of the job and what to expect then they don't stand the chance for hiring.

Punctual: Technologies work with time, every minute and seconds are very useful and important. if they are not keeping to time then you have to withdraw. an experienced hacker shouldn't play around.

Examine the chart between the hacker and yourself, Did you notice any hacking professional signs during your conversation,  such as knowing some information without you giving it to him/her.

Are the details requested for your funds recovery related to your lost scam means. think all this before proceeding.

Real hacker must be identified with at least one or two characters. Some can tell you your full name and address simply because as soon as you contact them they already access your database file without your knowledge. This helps them to watch out for themselves against the FBI and other security agents that are against illegal hackers as you all know, there is no governmental hacker that will agree to hack a mobile phone without an approved warrant from security agency/ judicial authority. And recovery of funds is not accepted by them.
