Privacy Policy for WhosePic

WhosePic is a photo and video guessing game operated by Bari Cohen. This policy explains what information the app uses, how it is shared, and your choices.
1. Photos, videos and gallery access
WhosePic asks for photo-library access to choose media for the game. Depending on your device and permissions, access may cover your full library or only selected items. Random selection reads the available library locally to prepare game candidates. You can review and shuffle candidates before confirming them. Where available, Pick Your Image uses the system picker to select a specific item.
Only media you confirm for the game is uploaded to Firebase for sharing with players in your room. Granting library permission does not upload your entire gallery. We do not provide your game photos or videos to advertising partners for ad targeting.
2. Game and technical information
We use a Firebase anonymous user identifier, your chosen display name and avatar, room codes and membership, game settings, guesses, scores, reactions and shared media to operate multiplayer games. Player reports may include identifiers for the room, reporting player and reported player. Service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Room participants can see the media and game information shared with them and may capture or save what they see. Share room codes only with people you trust, and only share media you have permission to use.
3. Advertising and consent
WhosePic uses Google AdMob to display ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage advertising privacy choices. Depending on device permissions, your choices and region, Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location, ad views and interactions, and crash and performance information. This supports ad delivery and personalization where permitted, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention.
On iOS, access to the advertising identifier is subject to Apple's tracking permission. You can decline tracking and continue playing. Where applicable, a consent message lets you accept, reject or manage advertising purposes and partners. You can revisit available choices through Ad Privacy Choices in the app's settings and manage tracking permissions in your device settings.
4. Storage and deletion
Shared media may remain available during the game and its results screens. The app attempts to delete room media when the room is closed or a game is reset. This cleanup is best effort: interrupted sessions, connection failures or service errors can delay deletion. We do not guarantee deletion immediately after each round.
Game records, reports and provider logs may be retained separately for service operation, troubleshooting and safety. To request deletion or ask about data associated with a session, contact us with the room code and approximate date if available. Please do not send copies of private photos. Advertising providers manage their own data retention under their policies.
5. Your controls and safety
You can review or shuffle media before sharing, leave a room, use the in-app player reporting control, and change photo-library or tracking permissions in your device settings. Do not share unlawful, sexually explicit, abusive or non-consensual content. Reports and privacy concerns can also be sent to the contact below.

Google Firebase provides authentication, database and media storage services. Google AdMob and participating advertising partners provide advertising services. Their processing is described in their own policies:
7. Children's privacy
WhosePic is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the app.
