A few words from the Headteacher
a full class OF TOP CLASS PARENTS AND CARERS
Thank you for working in partnership with the school. Parents, Carers and older siblings attended the various meet the teacher events last week. Your attendance says it all - you are working with us in the best interests of the children. The slides for the KS2 classes have been sent to you incase you missed the meeting. I asked the children what they thought of the parent meetings.
Yr3 said 'Parents can learn in school too!'
Yr 5 said 'We all enjoyed hearing about School Journey!'
Mrs Peake - Headteacher
We don't have bags of space
All children must have a school book bag – available from mandsyourschooluniform.com
Please note that we do not have the space for many ruck-sacks to be stored in the classroom. The cloakroom area in each class are limited in space. Book bags fit inside the pupil trays and so do not take up any classroom space. If you have a particular need to bring a larger bag for days other than swimming please speak to Mrs. Peake or Mr. Moorcroft in the playground. If we have too many requests we will have to decline so please only bring in a larger bag if you really need to.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
ATTENDANCE MATTERS
We are currently 95.85% for the whole school. Keep up the good work Herbert Morrison this is a great start to the year.
