Hi there! My name is Penny! My two amazing moms adopted me on June 13, 2018. They found me at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay and instantly fell in love with me. I was emaciated, shaved down, and even had a nasty cough since my time as a stray pup left me in a tough spot.

Now that I'm happy and healthy, I want to know where I really come from! Luckily, my super-cool aunt Samy and uncle Alex bought my moms a doggie-DNA kit for Christmas.

What do you like to do?

I love learning new tricks (I learn quickly!), sprinting and leaping through the yard, and saying hello to anyone and everyone I meet. If you don't like puppy kisses, keep your distance!

What are your biggest strengths?

I'm very good at catching lizards and bugs. I'm also a great watchdog; I only bark when I hear someone approaching the front door.

How much do you weigh?

I was 17 pounds when my moms adopted me, but now I weigh 21 pounds! Wow!

Do you shed?

My fur is long, fuzzy, and soft, but I don't shed at all.

What color is your fur?

It's mostly white with some gray detailing. The tips of my ears are gray, and dark gray hairs are peppered in with the fur on my back.

Can I take you home?

I'd be happy to stay with you while my moms are out of town, but otherwise, I'm taken!!
