Located close to Whitfield town centre the King Valley Community Complex, also known as the Whitfield Rec. Reserve, includes football and cricket grounds, along with netball and tennis courts. It also has a playground, BBQ facilities, picnic tables and publicly accessible toilets. The Rec. Reserve has a large entertainment hall with bar, kitchen, meeting room and bathroom facilities available for event bookings.

The Rec. Reserve is proud home of the King Valley United Football Netball Club.
