- Monday: 12.5 miles, did the skyline trail near my house, and then I tacked on 6 climbs up bear hill. 2369 ft of gain
- Tuesday: 10 - just road. Legs starting to feel the accumulation of miles as well as not having good sleep over the weekend right into early rising for work in the week.
- Wednesday: 10 - didn't make it out to Lynn Woods, drive just felt way too long. Legs feeling really tired. Did a reservoir loop and then finished miles on the road.
- Thursday: 8 - reservoir loop. Super dead legs
- Friday: 5 at lunch. Was able to sleep in since I work remote on Fridays, and don't need to wake up super early to beat traffic. Getting good sleep really helped get my legs back in order. Finally felt fresh again. Then 20 over night for the hash trail on the shortest night of the year. Amazing time and trail, starting at sunset and finishing at sunrise.
- Saturday: 0, sleeping after being awake all night
- Sunday: 8 in the fells. Tried to find a group run, but only one other dude showed up.
Total: 74.4 miles, 6608 ft of gain
Thoughts: Really started to feel the accumulated miles in my legs this week. On top of accumulated effort. Glad to not have taken any runs at a hard effort this week. Hopefully the legs will feel fresher to get me through to the end of the month.
