- Monday: 11.5 miles, Ran some of the fire roads in the fells, then popped out at the south end, proceeded to get a little lost and eventually made it home.
- Tuesday: 10 - just road jogging, happened to see two cats on the run. One was friendly and let me pet it
- Wednesday: 11.2 - Lynn woods race, did a 2ish mile warmup, Kept it an easier pace than last week, this time placing third overall and not pushing it as hard. Ran a 4.2 mile loop around the woods to cool down.
- Thursday: 5 on the treadmill
- Friday: 9, 4 in the morning and then 5 on trails at lunch.
- Saturday: 13.6 - Cube Smarts Mountain FKT attempt. My friend Alex and I thought there was an FKT ripe for the taking. Total distance was 13.4 mile (maybe less, we took a wrong turn) and 4700 ft of climbing. Original time was 3:15:00 and I came in at 3:09:23. Nice to get my name on Peter Bakwin's site.
- Sunday: 6.8 - easy jogging after heavy drinking the night before. Found another cat, named Tyson, who was friendly. Gave him some pets and then memorized the number on his collar. Called his owner when I got home, who let me know he was ok to be outside. Very floofy cat.
Total: 67.2 miles, 8182 ft of gain
Thoughts: Kate's reunion was this weekend, so had a little less time to get in miles on the weekend. Still ahead of pace (barely) to get 300 miles for the month, but legs are feeling a little tired right now. 12 days to go.
