- Monday: rest
- Tuesday: easy three, just to move the legs
- Wednesday: long 15, only worthwhile run in the week
- Thursday: rest, outing with work team
- Friday: Got sick, but went to the Dr. they said my ankle was probably just tender
- Saturday: Still sick, but did an easy 5
- Sunday: rest, almost over the sniffles
Total: 23
Thoughts: Just a piddly week, between getting sick, and trying to let my ankle recover more. Hopefully will get to June for a big month
