Save money on expensive Pest and Building (B&P) inspections just to determine if you will proceed. B&P inspections are necessary but are better done when you are sure about entering a contract. I look at aspects that pest and building inspections will not cover but that have huge implications for value, capital growth and tenant amenity (privacy, block shape/layout, value-adds are just a few examples). Additionally my comprehensive analysis has often guided B&P inspectors to look at particular issues or areas. Very often I identify structural/damage issues that should be found by the B&P but are not. I know this because I will often discuss the B&P with clients and it is clear that many are falling short.
