Being the second in line in the Kang lineage, Yong-Saeng II was raised to be a strong leader to his people. His first act as the Emperor of Tenebris was to annihilate the tonian people, eliminating from the face of Wesern the only thing that was challenging his place as the absolute governor. With the destruction of Ton, he could mine, use and sell wesenian crystals as much as he wanted and control that world's commerce with his vile hands.

Yong-Saeng was supposed to have successors, but he didn't want to take care of a family. By his own ways, he got himself an army of kids scattered around Wesern. Unfortunately, for him, only one turned out to be a tenebris, the one he didn't plan, from the only woman who didn't want him.
