A circular walk from Ingoldisthorpe Lay-By: east up Hill Road and footpath to reach Shernborne Road; continue east on field edge path then concrete track north to pass sewage works; continue north on track then turn east to follow track and field edges to the village of Shernborne; south on road, roadside path then track, following the route of the Icknield Way; west on Ling House Road to enter Dersingham Woods; meander west through the woods and cross road to enter Sandringham Park through the Arboretum; west across car park then north-west along Sandringham woodland paths and across Dersingham Fen; continue north on paths and follow the old railway track route to Ingoldisthorpe Common; turn east onto Sandy Lane and back to the start. A circular walk from Ingoldisthorpe Lay-By: south using old railway track footpath to the old station at Dersingham; continuing south on footpaths to The Warren then Dersingham Fen; crossing road to enter Sandringham Woods then meandering south through Sandringham Country Park to exit by gate onto Folly Hill; a short distance west on Folly Hill before turning south again on footpaths to Cat's Bottom; then north on footpaths through woods before re-entering Sandringham Country Park for a meander north towards the Visitor Centre; exit the Country Park through The Arboretum to cross road and meander north-east through Dersingham Woods; exit the woods to follow roads northwards - Admirals Drive - Mill Road - to the the Mill House; continue northwards on field edge paths to the village of Ingoldisthorpe, returning to the start by footpath and Hill Road.
