A circular walk from Hempton Church, west along the route of the old railway track from Fakenham to the outskirts of Shereford then south to Beacon Hill near Colkirk, returning via Pudding Norton and Hempton Green. Last walked on 25 January 2018

Hempton 04 - route name

A circular walk from Hempton Church; east on a footpath along the banks of the River Wensum, turning west on the course of a dismantled railway line and then "switching tracks" by climbing up a bank to another old railway track at a higher level but heading north, continuing along a footpath then through backstreets of Fakenham to reach the northern outskirts of the town, following streets and footpaths west and then south around the perimeter of Fakenham back to the start. Last walked on 23 August 2018

A circular walk from Hempton Church: west along the route of the old railway track from Fakenham to the outskirts of Shereford then south to Beacon Hill and onward to Colkirk village: returning north via Pudding Norton and the western outskirts of Fakenham to the start. Last walked on 4 March 2020

A circular walk from Hempton Church: south across fields and on paths, tracks and roads to Colkirk; continuing south towards Oxwick then west to East Raynham; continuing west around the outskirts of Raynham Park then north to Helhoughton; north by road towards Tatterford, turning east then north to the round towered church at Shereford; east on path, following the route of the old railway line, to Fakenham; south by road back to the start. Last walked on 6 September 2020
