A circular walk from Helhoughton; south-east across fields and by farms tracks to Stableyard Farm; south past the church and then turn east on paths to East Raynham Village; circuit east by road, south by track, north-west by track then south-west across field to reach the River Wensum; north-west by riverside path then west by road to the village of West Raynham; a meander through the back streets and footpaths of the village then north, across fields, back to the start. Last walked on 13 April 2019
