In this absurd world that we all inherit in our short time on this Earth after which we won't come back, we all get a chance to exhibit who we are. Who instilled these thoughts in me I sometimes ask, this thought that I need to know who I am. A thought to ask what is the meaning of it all? I get no answer back from anywhere about it or at least have not got an answer from out there somewhere may be the skies or the hills or mountains. May be a lot of us have asked this question too and there are deep thinkers and philosophers who before their death have written long verses on questions likes these which make the entire humanity including me contemplate on questions like these, may be today and in the future.

The conformity mentality of our human society doesn't give us time to think like this our entire life and after one point of getting these absurd thoughts about the absurd world we inherit since our birth till our absurd death; we probably never think about it or they remain in the back of our heads till our death. The society wants to make us forget we are even mortal beings, let alone these absurd questions, in bombarding us with a life which begins with keeping busy with our schools, TV, internet and that moves us along to jobs, careers, marriage, live in, children, entrepreneurship and what not. When does any one have time paying bills, or owning yachts but not able to enjoy it as we like while working or owning our full time for the multi million or billion dollar corporations. We got to keep busy until the questions of why we are doing something or why we are alive are forgotten.
Life doesn't need to be that way said the ancient philosophers or even modern philosophers or even post modern ones. But they had all the time in the world to be their own Plato to their own Socrates to figure it all out and write it down on their books before they died. Who would have time to read it even or even if you read them to remember what lessons you learnt from them day in and day out to implement them in your life or try to solve those absurd questions of living that I mentioned in the first paragraphs.
I think our venture Voyage ride is about exploring those absurd questions that we have put off for so long in our lives regarding who we are and what is the meaning of this life. I know that even we are ourselves as founders and products of VR exploring this question even now without an answer for the absurdity and may be read a few philosophers on classics, modern and post modern philosophers too and tried to apply that in our lives for at least two decades of our lives but still no answer for the absurdity of this life. We have also explored mysticism to try to get an answer for the absurdity of this life but again in vain but definitely with some clues that mysticism has some interesting answers to those questions I asked earlier. In the end, all I would like to say is that it is our right as human beings who have consciousness to go wherever we want to go and think as we like to think in this one life we have got. Choose to do that as a reader if you feel what I wrote about the absurdity of life today. Also watch the movie "The Truman Show" released in 1998 which is a simple way to understand these matters of complexity.

It was released on 30 August 2001, by Epic Records. The song was written, composed, and produced by Shakira, with additional musical composition and production from Tim Mitchell, and additional English lyrics written by Gloria Estefan. The song is a mix of Latin music and worldbeat that is heavily influenced by Andean music. In the Spanish version, titled "Suerte" (English: "Luck"), Shakira sings about how fortunate she is to have found her romantic partner. The English lyrics are very similar.
Upon its release, "Whenever, Wherever" received generally favorable reviews from music critics, who complimented its production. The song became her breakthrough hit in the United States, peaking at number six on the Billboard Hot 100. In doing so, it became her most successful single in the country, though it was eventually surpassed after "Hips Don't Lie" peaked at number one on the chart in 2006. The selection, additionally, topped charts in 29 countries, including her native Colombia and the majority of Latin America, Europe, The Middle East and Oceania.[2] It is recognized as one of Shakira's signature songs, and was one of the most successful songs in the world in 2002. Similar to the English version, she will climb mountains and she talks about her physical appearance with figurative language.

Alex Henderson of AllMusic picked the song as a highlight, writing that it's "infectious" and "it's to Shakira what 'Livin' la Vida Loca' was to Ricky Martin: the major hit that brought her to English-speaking audiences in a big way."[14] Lisa Oliver of Yahoo! Music called it "the top track from the album by miles," writing that, "Despite such bemusement-inducing lyrics as 'lucky that my breasts are small and humble so you don't confuse them with mountains,' it still manages to make you sit up and fancy the synthetic-fiber trousers off her."[15] The phrase was praised by The Guardian's Alexis Petridis, who called it "the most thought-provoking line of recent memory".[13] The website Bland Is Out There also enjoyed the phrase, writing that "it's the most clever, self-confident couplet to hit radio in the long time."[12] The review also wrote that the Spanish version, "Suerte", was far superior, explaining, "In English, Shakira's vocals are breathy and nasal. But in her native tongue, she's commanding and willowy."[12] For David Browne of Entertainment Weekly, the song has a "shameless Latin-pop hook".[16]
In 2020, Billboard included Whenever, Wherever among the 50 best Latin songs of all time, stating that "with its touches of South American folklore married to a rousing, unforgettable chorus and a danceable beat, "Whenever, Wherever" is still an anthem for love that knows no boundaries."[17]

In the United States, "Whenever, Wherever" debuted at number 76 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart,[18] while it peaked at number 6, the chart dated 29 December 2001.[19] In doing so, it became her first top 10 single on the chart. In Europe, "Whenever, Wherever" became a major success, topping the charts of more than 15 countries, quickly establishing Shakira's presence in the European mainstream. In the United Kingdom, the song became Shakira's first top three hit on the UK Singles Chart, peaking at number two for two consecutive weeks, and eventually spent ten weeks in the top 10 of the chart, as well as 19 weeks in the top 75.[23] The song currently stands as the seventh bestselling song by a female artist in the 21st century in the United Kingdom.[24] It is also the 38th bestselling single of the 2000s decade in the UK.[25] In Austria, the song remained at the top for seven weeks,[26] while in France, it remained for four weeks.[27] In Italy, the song debuted at number 1, staying at the top for one further week. Later, it fell to number 4, climbed to number 2 and reached the top again. Later, it fell to number 2 and attained the top once again.
