Go to android.com/find and sign in to your Google account.

If you have multiple phones, click the lost phone at the top of the screen.

If the lost phone has more than one user profile, sign in with a Google account located in the main profile. More information about user profiles.

  1. Change your default location settings

  2. Open Chrome on your computer.

  3. At the top right, click More. Settings.

  4. Under 'Privacy and security', click Site settings. / chrome: // settings / privacy> chrome: // settings / content >> chrome: // settings / content / location

  5. Click on Location.

  6. Enable or disable Ask before access.


At the bottom of the panel, press the three-dot button on the left, and then click the “Sensors” option.

Under Geolocation, select “Custom location.”

Now put in your location based on latitude and longitude.

  1. On your computer, open Google Maps.

  2. In the search box at the top, type your coordinates. Here are examples of formats that work:

    • Degrees, minutes, and seconds (DMS): 41°24'12.2"N 2°10'26.5"E

    • Degrees and decimal minutes (DMM): 41 24.2028, 2 10.4418

    • Decimal degrees (DD): 41.40338, 2.17403

  3. You'll see a pin show up at your coordinates.


How to turn off location on Google Chrome On the top right of your browser,

click the three-dot icon and select Settings. Click on Advanced at the bottom of the page.

Access your Chrome location settings by going to Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Location.

Make sure Ask Before Accessing is switched on to turn off geolocation. Chrome usually has it on as the default option.

Now, a pop-up will appear every time a site wants to know your location, which will enable you to block or allow the site to use it.
