Flex Guard is a 100% solids flexible urethane/epoxy hybrid. The extreme flexibility of Flex Guard makes it the best solution for the most extreme conditions. A 100-150% elongation allows it to be applied where other coatings fail.
The main reason to install a magnetic flex plate is to help removing the models after the print is finished. Compared to printing directly on the aluminum build plate, where you always need to use a metallic scraper to remove the model, with a magnetic flex plate you just need to remove it and then flex the plate. Just like the PEI spring steel sheet magnetic plates we use on FDM 3D prints.
Our flexible fire sprinkler connection hoses are available in different types-stainless steel unbraided, braided, high performance braided, and ultra-performance braided. In addition, we carry a multitude of different brackets for various ceiling types.
We offer several types of residential and commercial gas connectors such as epoxy or polyethylene-coated and uncoated stainless steel. Our residential gas connectors have interchangeable parts allowing for fully customized solutions.
We offer flexible stainless steel and copper water heater connectors (in various configurations and sizes), thermal expansion tanks with a 5 year limited warranty, and isolation valve kits for tankless water heaters.
ArmorTrak is an industrial rubberized epoxy that's totally flexible, slip-resistant and 100% waterproof. ArmorTrak is not just regular paint, it's a liquefied polyurethane membrane with proprietary self-contained dehydrated rubber granules that forms a unique rubber epoxy floor coating that is aesthetically pleasing, textured, slip resistant and super durable. ArmorTrak rubberized epoxy will chemically and permanently bond to most clean and dry surfaces. These include, but are not limited to, concrete, wood, fiberglass, metal, rubber, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles. making it perfect for locker rooms, commercial kitchens, ramps, stairs, pool decks and many other applications. ArmorTrak rubberized epoxy can be applied with our specialized ArmotTrak roller(supplied with each order) or by brush for virtually any application where a slip resistant and impact resistant coating is needed. We recommend that ArmorTrak be used where foot traffic, pallet jacks, dollies and carts are the main traffic source. Not recommended for vehicle or forklift traffic. Also use in areas where high chemical resistance is required and caustic wash downs are done.
USES: ArmorTrak rubberized epoxy has many applications for commercial and residential use. Armortrak protects surfaces from foul weather elements and harsh chemicals, great for floors where an anti slip high wear surface is required such as pool decks, balconies, high traffic pedestrian walkways, ramps, pedestrian bridges, wooden steps, catwalks and many marine applications such as docks and boat decks.
The ArmorTrack rubberized epoxy offers more flexibility, a much more durable, slip resistant surface and a better appearance. If applying over tiles you must use the Bonding Primer. If applying as a roof deck you must apply two coats of the waterproof base coat first. ArmorTrak is not intended as a roofing product on its own.
Master Bond has successfully developed a new, highly flexible two component epoxy resin compound called EP40 which features outstanding shear and peel strength and is especially designed for bonding, sealing and casting engineering plastics and metals. This compound has been formulated to cure readily at ambient or more quickly at elevated temperatures with a convenient non-critical one (1) to one (1) mix ratio by weight or volume. Master Bond Polymer System EP40 provides an excellent solution for applications requiring the inherently attractive strength properties of epoxy resins together with enhanced flexibility and peel strength characteristics. Additional desirable performance characteristics of this unique epoxy compound include superior resistance to thermal cycling and mechanical vibration and shock. Electrical insulation properties are excellent, even after prolonged exposure to hostile environmental conditions.
Master Bond Polymer System EP40's low viscosity facilitates bonding, sealing, casting and other processing operations. Its versatile cure schedules further simplify the application of this unique polymer compound. The excellent adhesion of EP40 to a wide variety of substrates ranging from engineering plastics, such as polycarbonates, acrylics and ABS to steel, aluminum and other metals is particularly noteworthy. Shear and peel strength for bonding polycarbonates are in the order of 1000 psi and 20 pli respectively, while steel and aluminum bonds yielded shear strength values as high as 1800 and 1500 psi. EP40 has an impressively wide service temperature range of -100ÂF to +230ÂF. EP40 is the preferred choice for many electronic potting and encapsulation applications, and two component adhesives and sealant, coating and composite uses wherever substrates with different thermal expansion properties must be combined to form electronic and/or mechanical assemblies.
