If you make or buy some cold duck, then you have one of the ingredients of "Malt Duck". Now go buy some malt liquor (Not Colt 45 - that was made by National Brewing, too...) and start mixing and tasting...
California Gold is our lightest beer. A hint of Vienna malt adds body and flavor while preserving the light color. Light Sterling hops add a bit of spice in the aroma to give this Blonde Ale its subtle, drinkable quality.
This Double IPA uses Premium American 2-Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a mellow malt foundation. Four different hop varieties are used in this beer. It spends one week dry hopping in the fermenter giving it a floral, slightly piney, grapefruit and citrus aroma. Unlike most Double IPAs, this beer shies away from a malty body and starts out with a clean bitterness that finishes off smooth and leaves you wanting more.
The Duck-Rabbit Amber Ale is a medium bodied beer with a lovely tawny copper / bronze color. The lightest of all our dark ales, this is a great introduction to full flavored beers. This brew emphasizes malt complexity with layered caramel malt flavors. We put a lot of effort into getting The Duck-Rabbit Amber Ale just right and we're extremely proud of the result. Enjoy!
A deliberately light body and malt profile, with an interesting hop profile. There is a hint of melon aroma and a tart finish. The Summer Swallow is a good refreshing beer, which accompanies the aroma of freshly cut grass.
What started out as a collaboration, has now begun its own journey. The Mother Duck is an American Pale Ale with four hope varieties and three malt profiles, that is sure to tantalise the senses. A fruity, floral bouquet, with pine undertones and a richness in body, balance this beer nicely.
