Adapter package to mount a 36-1 wheel to the crank pulley for aftermarket ECU conversions.

The adapter will have bolt patterns for the DIYAutotune 36-1 wheel (6.75"), as well as a Ford pattern 36-1 wheels (the black one in the photos). *(Note: the 8.25" wheel could be used, but would require drilling 2 new holes in wheel or using the unslotted one and drilled for bolt pattern.),

The adapter will fit both the FM style underdrive pulley and the factory pulley. Fits with A/C.

Should work with non-A/C pulley, but will be further out from the edge of the pulley, but that would give you clearance to use the smaller trigger wheel even with the factory diameter pulley.

Also, using the Ford pattern wheel, you will have access to the 15mm crank bolts and the crank pulley bolts without having to remove the wheel from the adapter.

The adapter is machined in 6061-T6 Aluminum and anodized black.

With the growing popularity of standalone ECU conversions, others have created a trigger wheel mount, but no one has marketed them for the rest of us accumulating parts for an eventual conversion. I wanted a part that could use a couple different wheels, and would be able to access the crank bolt, and pulley bolts, as well as work with underdrive and stock crank pulleys, and not require any welding.

A local engineer and turbo Mopar enthusiast, Kyle Clayton worked with me hammering out the initial design, drafting the drawings and files and 3D printing the prototype for test fitting.

The adapters and trigger sensor mounts are manufactured by Elford Racing. Although outside the US, DJ has been a respected club member, fabricator, engineer, CNC machinist, etc for many years. He previously had brought to market his tubular control arms which were a big hit! And he has done consulting and manufacturing work on some pretty high end builds! Hopefully we can partner on some future ventures.
