Welcome to AI Wheel & Rim Designer ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about how your data is handled. 2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
We only collect the data you explicitly and voluntarily provide to us while using the App.
- User-Provided Design Data: When you use our design tools, we collect the text inputs, selected wheel categories (e.g., alloy, forged), sizes, color themes, and custom brand names you enter into the App's interface.
- We do NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number. We do not track your location.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The sole purpose of collecting your User-Provided Design Data is to provide the App's core functionality:
- To generate custom wheel and rim images based exactly on your specifications.
- To process and enhance your design parameters to deliver accurate visual results.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, tracking, or any other unrelated purposes.
4. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
To generate high-quality images, our App relies on third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers.
In compliance with strict privacy standards, we ensure the following:
- User Permission: Before any of your data is transmitted, the App explicitly asks for your consent via an in-app prompt. We do not send any data until you click "Agree" or "Continue."
- What Data is Sent: Only your User-Provided Design Data (your text prompts, selected wheel type, color, and size) is transmitted.
- Who the Data is Sent To: Your data is transmitted exclusively to our trusted third-party AI partners:
1) OpenAI, L.L.C. (used to interpret and enhance your text prompts).
2) Replicate, Inc. (used to render and generate the final image).
- Equal Protection Guarantee: We confirm that these third-party AI service providers provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are strictly prohibited from using your data for unrelated purposes, selling it, or using it for their own advertising.
5. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
All generated images and histories are stored locally on your own device. We do not store your generated images, text prompts, or design preferences on our remote servers. We implement commercially reasonable and industry-standard security measures (such as HTTPS/TLS encryption) to ensure that your data is transmitted securely to our AI partners.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION
Because your data (such as generated images and design histories) is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control over it. You can delete your data at any time by deleting the generated images from your device's gallery or by simply uninstalling the App.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
