Privacy Policy for Wheel Master 649
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Wheel Master 649 ("the App") is developed for informational and entertainment
purposes for Western 649 lottery players. This policy explains what data the
App does and does not collect.
Summary
Wheel Master 649 does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal
information. The App does not require an account, does not display ads, and
does not use any analytics or tracking SDKs.
Data the App Uses
Historical draw results: The App stores a local database of past
Western 649 draw results (dates and winning numbers) directly on your
device. This data is public lottery information and is not linked to you.
Network access: The App connects to the public WCLC (Western Canada
Lottery Corporation) website (wclc.com) to download the latest draw
results and keep your local database up to date. No personal or
device-identifying information is sent with these requests beyond what is
inherently part of a standard web request (e.g., your IP address, which is
handled by WCLC.com and not by us).
Locally generated content: Any ticket numbers the App generates are
computed and stored only on your device. They are never transmitted
anywhere.
Data We Do NOT Collect
No account creation or login
No personal information (name, email, location, etc.)
No advertising identifiers or ad SDKs
No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
No in-app purchases or payment information
Data Sharing
The App shares tickets only when you explicitly choose to use the "Share"
button, which hands the ticket text to the sharing mechanism (e.g., Messages,
Email, or another app) you select on your device. We do not receive a copy of
anything shared this way.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from
anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal data at all.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Since
the App collects no personal data, changes are expected to be minimal.
