1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Whatever, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Who Can Use Whatever

You must be at least 16 years old to use Whatever. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at lewinskialbert@gmail.com.

4. What You Can Do

You may use Whatever to create lists, invite friends, add activity ideas, and vote on group plans for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Whatever has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is:

- Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against individuals or groups

- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative

- Harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating toward any person

- Illegal, or promotes illegal activity

- Spam, misleading, or fraudulent

- Infringing on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

- Impersonating another person or entity

You also agree not to engage in abusive behavior toward other users, including harassment, stalking, threats, or impersonation.

6. Reporting and Moderation

You can report objectionable content or block abusive users at any time from within the app. We review all reports and take action — including removing content and banning users — within 24 hours of receiving a report. Blocked users' content is removed from your feed immediately and they can no longer interact with you.

Violations of these rules will result in content removal and may result in account termination without prior notice.

7. Other Restrictions

You may not:

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure

- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app

- Circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures

8. Content You Add

You own the content you add to Whatever (list items, descriptions, images). By adding content, you give us a limited license to store and display it to members of your shared lists. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you add and its legality.

9. Premium Subscriptions

Whatever offers optional paid features through a subscription ("Whatever Pro"). Payments are processed by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies — we have no control over refund decisions.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep Whatever running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

12. Disclaimers

Whatever is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the decisions your group makes using the app. (Yes, including that one time you ended up at a terrible restaurant.)

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Whatever.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll note the updated date at the top of this page.
