A virus turns hundreds of humans and animals at a genetic research facility into flesh-eating zombies. In response, an elite military unit tries to take them down before it is too late.

After surviving the apocalypse, Alice awakens to find that the Umbrella Corporation has developed a dangerous virus. She infiltrates the Hive as she tries to save humankind from impending doom.
