Flag and term coining of Aropunk, whose definition can change depending on the individual and encompass many experiences; anyone who feels aropunk describes their experience, who experiences aromanticity in a punk way. For me personally it’s because I find the concept of romantic attraction ridiculous since no one has a solid definition on what it IS, it’s different and personal for each person… so I completely reject it as a solidified definition and concept, and feel romantic attraction is whatever each person feels it is. But for another, they might be aropunk because they reject how amatonormative society treats them for being aromantic, for example.
