1. Trial Service Rules

The service provider (hereinafter referred to as "we") will provide users (hereinafter referred to as "you") with free or paid trial services (collectively referred to as "Trial Services") in accordance with business development arrangements. If you do not take the initiative to apply for cancellation of the subscription at least 24 hours before the expiration of the Trial Services, after the trial period expires, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fees from the payment channel you bound in accordance with the subscription cycle you selected and the charging standards displayed on the payment page to complete the automatic renewal process of the subscription.

2. Subscription Cycle and Automatic Renewal

The service cycle of the subscription service you purchase through the app market shall be subject to the plan you confirmed at the time of purchase and the information displayed on the system (including but not limited to weekly, monthly, annual service types, etc.), and the service will be automatically extended according to this cycle. Before you take the initiative to complete the subscription cancellation operation, the subscription service will be automatically renewed at the end of each cycle to ensure that you continue to enjoy all the usage rights and interests of the subscription service.

3. Payment Method and Deduction Authorization

After you confirm the purchase of the subscription service, the corresponding service fee will be directly deducted from the payment channel you bound in accordance with the payment method you selected. You hereby explicitly authorize us to collect the service fee for the corresponding subscription cycle from the payment channel you provided at the agreed deduction time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the subscription service information you confirmed.

4. Subscription Cancellation Rules

4.1 Cancellation Operation and Service Usage Rights

After you successfully submit the subscription cancellation application, the system will immediately turn off the automatic renewal function and will not automatically deduct the subscription fee thereafter. The service rights and interests of the current subscription cycle corresponding to the fees you have paid will not be affected by the cancellation operation, and you can normally use all functions of the subscription service within the remaining validity period of this cycle. Please note that simply uninstalling this application does not constitute a valid subscription cancellation behavior and cannot terminate the automatic renewal of the service and the deduction of related fees.

4.2 Exclusive Cancellation Methods for Apple App Store Channel

If you activate the Trial Service or purchase the subscription service through the Apple App Store channel, you can cancel the subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

1. Apple ID Operation: Enter the "Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions" section of your Apple device, find the subscription service corresponding to this application, and complete the cancellation steps in accordance with the system prompts;

2. In-app Operation: Open this application, enter the account management or subscription management page, and complete the cancellation operation in accordance with the page guidelines.

To avoid unnecessary renewal fees, you need to complete the above cancellation operation at least 24 hours before the expiration of the trial period or the end of the current subscription cycle.

5. Adjustment of Agreement Terms and Service Fees

On the premise of complying with the current laws and regulations, we reserve the right to adjust the subscription service fees according to factors such as business operation needs and market conditions. For the adjustment of service fees, we will issue a notice to you in advance through reasonable and eye-catching methods such as in-app announcements and official emails. If you do not accept the adjusted fee standard, you may cancel the relevant subscription service in accordance with the method agreed in this Agreement before the fee change takes effect; if you do not cancel the subscription after the fee change takes effect, it shall be deemed that you agree to pay the service fee for the subsequent subscription cycle in accordance with the adjusted fee standard.

6. Refund Rules

If you activate the Trial Service or purchase the subscription service through the Apple App Store channel, the refund application shall be strictly implemented in accordance with Apple's official refund rules: you need to first confirm whether your situation meets the refund conditions specified by Apple; if it meets the conditions, you need to submit the refund application directly to Apple and complete all operations in accordance with the refund process, requirements and guidelines displayed on Apple's official support page.
