The Future of Milk Is Whale
The sun shines brightly on an azure sea. As the waves sparkle on the landscape, a spout of water emerges on the horizon, followed by the majestic tail of a Sperm Whale, preparing to dive. This image has enraptured mariners, beachgoers, and nature-lovers for centuries.
So too has our innate love of creamy, fresh milk products.
At the Wet Whale Creamery, we believe the future of milk is whale. Loaded in protein provided by all-natural organic milk-fat, whale milk is a naturally gluten free way to consume protein, enrich your calcium intake, and strengthen your entire body.
Whales are powerful and beautiful. So too will you be after you experience the flavor of Wet Whale Creamery milk.
Meet Our Whales
Blubster was found adrift and emaciated in the North Pacific without a right fin. After being fit with a prosthetic by our executive Vice President of Mammalian Operations, Blubster has thrived on our farm, putting back on her natural weight and then some!
Blubster is known to enjoy the taste of sharks, particularly baby whale sharks, whose oily flesh give Blubster's milk a particularly creamy finish best suited for yogurts and cheeses.
Cream Machine was adopted by the creamery after being struck by a shipping vessel carrying iPhones to California. After rehabilitation under the careful care of our Executive Vice President of Mammalian Health and Wellness, Cream Machine has turned out to be our best milk producer, averaging nearly 80 gallons of creamy, thick milk per milking session.
She loves the taste of deep-sea squid and has been known to sing beautifully when her fins are tickled.
Blowhole's life started in tragedy as its mother was hunted and slaughtered shortly after Blowhole's birth by whale oil lubrication company called Moist Mammals. Rescued by our team, Blowhole is known as our most playful whale, frequently leaping high above the waves to put on a show for visitors to the farm, especially when the music of Creed is played.
Blowhole's milk has a sweet, buttery flavor that results from her love of eating skates and stingrays.
The Wet Whale Creamery was founded by three friends with a passion for creamy, smooth milk.
Brendan, Travis, and Tony always loved milk and milk products, but also felt the call of the sea. While meandering down the shoreline of a Delaware beach, enjoying a cone of cool, creamy custard, inspiration struck when the three friends saw a whale majestically leap from the ocean. From this vision, the Wet Whale Creamery became first a dream, and then, a reality when they adopted their first whale, an adorable humpback named Hubert. Realizing that Pacific whales produced juicier cream, they packed up their operations and moved to the West Coast, where their business operates today.
