Trying to find an automated way to pull data from one cell to another so I can then reference it as 'Previous Week' back on the main sheet. For example: Sheet 1 will have a column named 'Key Activities Completed this Week'. I'd like that information weekly to be copied to another sheet. I'll then reference this cell in the main sheet as 'Previous Week Activities Completed'. Since we can't automate copying a cell value within the same sheet. If there's anyone who has a better way of doing this I'd appreciate the insight!

I manage about 14 projects that I ask Accountable parties to make weekly updates via an automated request. When they make these updates I've created an automation to create a summary PDF of the current updates and I'd like this to include the previous weeks updates as well.

My husband is a musician and playing a music festival on Mallorca (Palma) in mid-June. This will likely be our only trip to Spain and we have 3 weeks. I'm trying to determine if we should stay on the island for the entire trip or find another destination and split our time. We will fly home from Madrid.

Jen - split time between Mallorca with another part of Spain. You have 2 options. Option 1: Valencia Spain is also in close proximity to Mallorca. Take a trip there and explore, then head to Alicante as you make your way toward Andalucia. In the Andalucia region, you will have the opportunity to visit Moorish towns region towns like Granada, Cordoba, Rhonda, Malaga and Seville. Then train to Madrid from Seville to fly out

With 3 weeks, I would definitively not spend all you time in Andalucia, it will start to be hot in mid June and will only get hotter and hotter, you are better off starting in the south, while it may be still bearable, and then moving to the cooler north.

Thanks again to you two for your thoughts and suggestions. Cuenca and the Ciudad Encantada look amazing! Here's what I think we've decided on. I'd love to have your feedback if you think we should make any adjustments. We'll have to be in Mallorca for a fair amount of time as my husband will fly elsewhere to play another show and then come back to Mallorca to join back up with us. Also, because we're traveling with a 4 year old, we won't be visiting many of the museums and landmarks except for the Alhambra. Thus, our trip is different from many others who want to fit in many of the significant sights. Our desire is to spend time walking around, visiting markets, eating good food, exploring nature and relaxing.

Personally I'd stay in Mallorca for the duration. We frequently spend on average two weeks a year there, been going for years and still exploring. Having a car will give great flexibility, explore the mountains, discover hidden coves, visit incredible caves, find some of the best beaches in Spain, visit nature parks, aquaparks, explore medieval towns and forts, enjoy fantastic local food and wine, the list is endless.

If you were to base yourself there for three weeks I'd look for somewhere outside of Palma as it can be difficult for parking. Ideally rent a villa with a pool (there are many) that way the kids can cool off after a days exploring in the heat which is something to take into account when lurching between cities every two days. It will be more pleasurable to spend three relaxing weeks in Mallorca, taking in the sights at a pace suitable for the heat than being constantly on the move just to see the "must sees". This is even more relevant when having young children and a heavy instrument in tow.

If you decide to stick with the Granada plan (and I see you have already scored Alhambra tickets), I can now report that a day-trip to the Alpujarras is possible. There's a bus departing Granada at 10 AM that reaches Campileira at about 12:20 PM, by way of Pampaneira and Bubion. There's another bus 2 hours behind it, and then there's a return bus from Campileira at something after 4 PM (I think 4:45 but can't swear to it). Bubion and Campileira are very close. I walked downhill (along the road) from Campileira to Bubion in 20 or 30 minutes, and I wasn't rushing. Campileira seemed a bit larger than Bubion, and Pampaneira is definely the largest, the liveliest, and quite a bit lower--not nearly as close (on foot) as the other two. I saw lots of hikers/walkers but didn't try that myself, so I don't know whether it would be possible to cover the distance from Campileira (or Bubin) to Pampaneira on a day-trip, given the bus schedule.

The week saw another five startups lock up rounds of $100 million or more. While the week was a little slower than last, it still is a strong showing for larger, big-money rounds. Biotech took center stage, notching three of the top four rounds.

1. Obsidian Therapeutics, $161M, biotech: It was another big week for biotech startups raising huge sums of cash. This week, Obsidian Therapeutics leads the way. The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company locked up a $160.5 million Series C financing led by new investor Wellington Management. Obsidian is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing engineered cell and gene therapies. The new cash will be used to further its tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte program.

Why should I have to learn something irrelevant to my interests or career goals? I brooded to myself, still trying to contrive some way I could avoid taking another quarter of language. Throughout this past year and especially this summer, however, a variety of powerful experiences has shown me just how fundamentally incomplete this view of mine was.

On one of the computers, emails being held in my inbox are being automatically removed after two weeks (this is not a desirable action, I am loosing important emails), but on the other computer that is configured exactly the same, emails remain in the inbox indefinitely (which is desired).

The first item to check would be tools>account settings>Syncronization&Storage, but you've probably checked that already. Does this happen regularly? That is, each day does it delete one day's messages from two weeks ago? Or is this a situation where you noticed a group of messages are missing, but it's not recurring? If it seems to be a one-time issue, possibly repairing the folder will resurface the missing messages. That, or possibly deleting the global-messages-db.sqlite file when TB is not running and restarting TB. My inference is that the two PCs do not keep the same messages, so one is not backup to the other.

Thanks so much David, and yes I can confirm I have checked all of the settings. In terms of regular, yes everyday.... my computer only holds two weeks of emails and then "poof" they are gone (and not to the deleted or archived box, just gone).

The two computers hosting Thunderbird are not in the same building. One is my work desktop and one is a laptop I have at home. Both are independent of one another, so the same email may be on both machines at the same time.

Gestation is the period of time between conception and birth when a baby grows and develops inside the mother's womb. Because it's impossible to know exactly when conception occurs, gestational age is measured from the first day of the mother's last menstrual cycle to the current date. It is measured in weeks.

Up to two-thirds of patients with major depression fail to respond to their first antidepressant drug. After assuring correct diagnosis, optimal dose, duration and adherence to treatment, a change of antidepressant drug is indicated.1 A patient is unlikely to respond if there has been no improvement after three to four weeks on an adequate dose of antidepressant.2 About a quarter of patients switched to a second antidepressant can be expected to achieve remission.3 There is no evidence that switching between classes of antidepressants is more effective than switching within a class.4 Unacceptable adverse effects from antidepressants, such as sexual dysfunction and weight gain, may also necessitate a change of therapy.5 Switching from one antidepressant to another is a common clinical challenge.

The usual recommended period for antidepressant dose reduction is a minimum of four weeks.2 However, abrupt cessation may at times be unavoidable on clinical grounds. The time frame for dose reduction also depends on individual risk for withdrawal symptoms, patient preference and experience during withdrawal, and drug characteristics such as half-life (Table 1).

The most conservative strategy, with the lowest risk of drug interactions, is to gradually taper the dose of the first antidepressant to minimise withdrawal symptoms then start a washout period equivalent to five half-lives of the drug (Table 1). This does not apply to irreversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors where a specified long period of washout is mandatory (see Table 3). Five half-lives equates to about five days for most SSRIs except fluoxetine, which can still be significantly active five or more weeks after cessation. The second antidepressant is then introduced according to the starting dose recommendations.

Fluoxetine is a particular challenge for switching because of its long half-life. Serotonin syndrome can occur if clomipramine, fluvoxamine or monoamine oxidase inhibitors are introduced before an adequate washout of fluoxetine, which can take five or more weeks. Tricyclic antidepressants can be introduced at a low dose after fluoxetine withdrawal. However, the low dose needs to be continued for several weeks to avoid cardiotoxic plasma concentrations of tricyclic antidepressant due to inhibition of tricyclic antidepressant metabolism by fluoxetine. Early signs of tricyclic antidepressant toxicity include drowsiness, tachycardia and postural hypotension.

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) condemns the clampdown on reporting in South Sudan, which has just expelled another foreign journalist, the second in two weeks, and urges the authorities not to jeopardize implementation of a peace accord by preventing the international media from doing their job. 589ccfa754
